Miriam Sisterhood

Strengthening the bonds that connect us.

For 140 years, our creative, energetic, and enthusiastic multi-generational members have worked together to support Oheb Shalom and create opportunities for women to participate in the Jewish life of our synagogue and community.

Along the way, we renew existing relationships, make new friends, learn something, and enjoy ourselves with the support and encouragement of other women.

We always welcome new members.  We look forward to continuing to do so for decades to come… but we can’t do it without you!

Soulful Sisters

Registration is closed until fall 2026.

Soulful Sisters is a subgroup of Sisterhood that meets regularly. It is an intentional, dedicated community of women within Sisterhood at Oheb Shalom. They meet regularly to share time and space while exploring spirituality, Judaism, and meaningful topics related to being Jewish women. The goal is to leave each group feeling connected, hopeful, and inspired.

Torah Fund 2026 “Oseh Shalom”

Jewish Studies in Jerusalem, Seminario Rabinico Latinoamericano in Buenos Aires, and The Abraham J. Heschel Seminary in Potsdam. Help strengthen Conservative Judaism and ensure the vibrancy of the Jewish people for decades to come with your gift to the Torah Fund.
