Stay & Play Early Care and Aftercare offers a warm, nurturing environment with a wealth of benefits for preschool-aged children. It’s a place where kids can continue their learning journey beyond the regular school day, giving them the opportunity to engage in games and play to stimulate their creativity and imagination.

Stay & Play also provides:

• Peace of Mind: Our trained and caring staff ensure your child is in good hands while you begin or finish your workday.
• Social Development: Children interact with peers, learning valuable social skills like sharing, cooperation, and conflict resolution.  
• Cognitive Enrichment: Engaging activities, games, and arts and crafts stimulate children’s minds and promote creativity.  
• A Smooth Transition: Aftercare provides a gradual transition from the school environment to home life.

Hours:

• Early Care begins at 7:30 am daily (application). The school day begins at 8:15 am.
• Aftercare runs from dismissal at 2:15 pm through 5:30 pm. (application), and features optional add-on enrichment activities from 2:15 to 2:45 pm and 2:45-3:15 pm, including Soccer, Drama, MyGym, Yoga, and Cooking.

We are a proud partner of the South Orange/Maplewood School District Preschool Expansion Program. If your child is placed here by the district, please note that school hours are 8:15 am-2:15 pm.
